Tom Holland’s Fluffy Vanilla Pancakes

1 cup flour
1 Tbsp. sugar
1 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1 egg
1 buttermilk 
2 Tbsp. melted butter
1 tsp. vanilla extract

In a large bowl, whisk the dry ingredients. In a separate bowl, combine the egg, milk, melted butter, and vanilla extract. Gradually pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients, stirring until just combined. Lightly grease a griddle or nonstick pan over medium heat. Pour 1/4 cup batter onto the griddle for each pancake. Cook until bubbles form on the surface, then flip and cook until golden brown. Serve hot with your favorite toppings.
